IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND A MERCHANT LISTED ON THE SITE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU RELEASE SALENAVIGATE.COM, ITS AFFILIATES OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES UNDER CONTRACT WITH SALENAVIGATE.COM, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST CLAIMS AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH A DISPUTE.

SaleNavigate.com does not guarantee continuous or secure access to its services or the Site, and the operation of the Site may be interfered with by many factors outside or within SaleNavigate.com’s control.

Submission of Contents

Trademarks
SaleNavigate.com is not liable of any trademark disputes between the merchant on the Site and brand trademark owners.  Also, SaleNavigate.com does not control and responsibility for content that appears on a third party's website that may be accessed via the Site.

Termination
You can cancel / terminate your account at any time by contacting SaleNavigate.com. We can cancel your account or turn down service to you at any time for any reason that effect Site.  SaleNavigate.com may cancel your account if you do not access it for more than 6 months. In all such cases, this Statement shall terminate.

Other Rules
You agree to meet the terms with all laws and regulations applicable to your access and use of the Site and publishing your content. You may not collect personal data including email addresses from the Site. We have the right to examine and take legal action of any of the above to the law.
