How old enough I should be to sign up for SaleNavigate Community?
In order to be eligible to sign up for SaleNavigate users must be thirteen (13) years of age or older.

What do I need to do to sign up for this site?
There are two types of sign up at SaleNavigate, first is as a Shoppers Community and second is Store Owner sign up.

To Signup as a Shoppers Community go through this sign up link, fill your initial information and you will be done.

To register as a Store Owner go through this sign up link, choose you plan and follow the page to complete the registration.

After sign up just go through your mail box, you will receive conformation mail, just go through link and finish the registration process.

What is SaleNavigate?
SaleNavigate is online local market place where you will find recent best deal / offer, coupons, stores listings. Now it's become easy to choose the right store before every purchase. SaleNavigate works for online store and your nearest street store.

SaleNavigate provides platform to invite your friends to shop together, so that you will have good friend as a Shoppers Community . You can also add your favorite product, store, brand into your collection and share with your friends.

Same as from store owner SaleNavigate is an ideal platform to manage online and street sale. You can create new sale with number of product and images quickly. Store owner can also mail listed sale and offers via mail and sms to the user group. So its double exposure for your sale / offer and store, one as displayed on SaleNavigate site and other is your E mail and sms mailing.

What is the minimum password strength? How can I make my password strong?
When creating a password, be sure that it is at least 6 characters in length and that you use a complex string of numbers, letters, and punctuation marks. If the password you entered is not strong enough, you may want to try mixing uppercase and lowercase letters or making your password longer.

Ideally, the password you select should be easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to figure out. For added security, your SaleNavigate password should also be different than other passwords that you use on the internet.

I get an error using the confirmation email.
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue. First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with), make sure caps lock is off.

If you are unable to log in, please copy and paste the full URL (web address) of the link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser.

I did not receive my confirmation email?
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter. Please be aware that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or antivirus software. Check that you’re trying to log in from the exact email address you registered with. A common error is registering with an incorrect email domain (e.g. @XYZ.com is not similar to XYZ.net or email id never begins with “www “prefix )

How do I upload photo and video?
Upload your favorite photos and video to SaleNavigate and share them with your friends or everyone in your network.

To upload photo you have option “Upload Photos” at right side under “Photo” tab, and for video same as “Video Links” choose your favorite photo or online video link and upload.

What is Shop Together?
Shop Together is plan to shop with your friends or other shoppers community around your area / city. Suppose you are going to shopping on Saturday and want to invite friend, then just add your request to Shop Together, interested friend will send your message to join for shopping.

How to add new friend?
Go to your Friends page and on right side it have option “Add Friends” through that you can add your personal friends by his email address with your custom request message.

And for same way you have option to add your recent friend contacts from any of your community site, go through "Invite Friends" and follow the instruction. After successful completion your friends will get your invitation by SaleNavigate and clicking that link community user adds as your friend list.

How can I send message to my friend?
Click your friend's profile or image, when you are browsing in your friend's profile, right side under your friends image there is an option "Messages" on clicking this tab you will have to confirm to send message to friend. if you received message from your friend there is "reply" button right side of the message. By clicking the reply the message will goes to your friend.

Do you sell products?
Salenavigate does not sell any products directly. SaleNavigate is a online platform for helping you find nearest available offers/sale/discount/coupon quickly and updates about your friends activity and planning.

How do I keep my profile safe?
Firstly we advice you not to share your password, user name and do change password regularly and do not select on remember me on shared computer and sign out when you are done.

How do I set my privacy?
You can decide who can see your contact information; profile and shared information by selecting "Privacy Settings" it have option to keep your profile private from online community and from friends.

Who can see my information?
By clicking on “Privacy Settings” you can edit existing setting of profile view to friends only, friend’s friend only or to open community.

Why should I provide required personal information?
SaleNavigate is a free service and it will remain safe and clean. SaleNavigate does not use any of the shared information to any else for any purpose other than the aim of providing better privilege in terms of saving offered from the stores (e.g. like sharing your birthday can be beneficially when stores would like to offer you extra discount on your Birthday on purchase) or helping you find your near by local friends. (E.g. like sharing your address, school and college)

How do I get my friends update?
Whatever your friends do on SaleNavigate it is easy for you to get update form them by clicking on friends profile, you can view what sale/brand/store/product are rated, commented, collected. You can also get update what and when and where are they planning to shop by our Shop Together service.
